Aqua-Inject upgrade for your existing Farinograph®-E


The Brabender® Aqua-Inject is a tabletop auto-titration unit for use with a Farinograph®-E and special Brabender® measuring mixers for the automatic addition of water when measuring the mixing properties of wheat, rye and other cereal flour dough or similar, free-flowing materials such as chewing gum, cheese, fish, chocolate, fat, etc.

The Aqua-Inject can be used with the Farinograph®-E for test conditions and the test procedure described in international standards, ICC Standard no. 115/1, ISO 5530-1, AACC Standard no. 54-21. The measuring results provide reliable information about the flour/ingredient quality and the processing characteristics of the dough.
