Since the ash content and yield of grain sample, quite often, do not meet required specifications, the Bran Duster carefully separates flour particles that are still clinging to the bran.

The instrument is a perfect companion to the Quadrumat® Sr., for it will help increase the obtained yield by 10% -- thus, approaching ash content that is regularly found in commericial flours.

 

• Adjust precisely the flour produced to a certain type.

• Obtain flours which are exactly the same as those produced in industrial mills for making reliable statements concerning the flour quality.
