The Flex-Lip Die Assembly is available in a 2”, 4”, or a 6” width, horizontal or vertical design for extrusion sheet applications. The universal design has a gap adjustment from 2-40mils. The die is designed to provide a uniform film extrudate thickness of the cross sectional area, eliminating torn edges and uneven sheet film or ribbon film samples. The precision engineering of the interior coat hanger design and flow pattern provide a higher quality extrudate.
