The Stand-alone KE 30 Extruder is a direct drive multi-purpose single screw extrusion system for testing and processing materials.

It is equipped with a 7.5kW inverter drive, which allows the system to reach a higher rotary speed (max. 400 rpm) than a Single Screw Extruder powered by a drive-unit.

The design and technical features make the Stand-alone KE 30 Extruder a perfect solution for laboratory applications and small-scale production. The unit utilizes the latest technology in CAN Field-Bus data communication, which allows a multi-master system when additional equipment such as dosing units, melt pumps, and downstream equipment are involved.

The Stand-alone KE 30 Extruder is ideal for:

• the development of new products
• quality control
• investigating processing behavior
• production of small tubes and blown and flat films
