TwinLab-F 20/40 customer in India - Brabender supports webinar
TDU (The University of Trans-Disciplinary HealthScience & Technology) in India offered an extrusion seminar in cooperationwith the local Brabender sales agency Toshniwal.
TDU (The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Science & Technology) in Bangalore / India has purchased a TwinLab-F 20/40 extruder in 2019 and visited the application lab at Brabender’s headquarter in Duisburg for a training.
Meanwhile, the extruder is used for various applications by the University, e.g. for product development of constitutional food for diabetics. For that purpose raw materials such as grain and pulses are enriched by plants of the Ayurveda kitchen. Professor Gurmeet Singh is very satisfied with his new device: "Our TwinLab extruder is working well. It’s a wonderful machine.”
In December 2020 the University offered an extrusion seminar, in cooperation with the local Brabender agency Toshniwal. Appr. 30 persons from industry and science took the chance to attend. Demo trials on TwinLab-F 20/40 were shown, and several presentations were given.
The presentation programme was supported by Maria Gräfenhahn, head of the application lab food & feed at Brabender. She introduced the basic principles of extrusion as well as the broad range of application of the TwinLab-F 20/40.
„Having Brabender as a long-term partner is of great value to us”, reported Gurmeet Singh. Further joint seminars are planned for 2021.
