Repairs to your instrument in our service workshop

If you have your instrument delivered to our factory by a forwarder or drop it off yourself, you save the travel expenses incurred by our service technicians. We are able to provide you with the following services in our superbly equipped factory-located specialty departments:

Original Brabender® spare parts maintain the value of your instrument and increase its service lifetime. Our employees replace faulty components quickly in our service workshop.

Despite their precision and longevity, our instruments occasionally have to be overhauled or reconditioned.

Our In-House Specialty Department handles these repairs, using only original Brabender® spare parts. If necessary, new wiring and fresh paint can be added upon request.

Maintenance and repair instead of a new purchase – why not keep important but less frequently used instruments operational and go easy on your business resources.

We provide a particular service for instruments, for which we no longer have spare parts in stock: our used instruments reconditioning service.

We reproduce the necessary spare parts in line with the original drawings. At the end of the process we provide you with your reconditioned and ready-to-use instrument, which corresponds to a very large extent to the specifications of its build-year, both in functionality and measurement
range terms.

Your benefit: data, which you have gathered over the course of many years on this instrument using your own specially developed measurement method, can continue to be used in future as part of your corporate know-how. Save time and money by continuing to apply your special measurement methods and to use historical data as it is.
